Everyday, we’re faced with choices.
The days are filled with behaviors that become automatic … habitual.

For me, I love to eat the same thing at the same time, every day. This does get changed up when I get bored, but for the most part it’s just one less thing I need to think about.
Sometimes, less is more for me. How about you?
Do you try new things on a regular basis? Push the envelope so to speak?
When was the last time you explored something, or somewhere, unfamiliar?
All these questions came to mind when I came across a new path that I hadn’t seen before.
I was tempted to go see where it led, but we have bears in the area and didn’t think it was such a great idea.
Is it weird to want to explore?
The simple answer is a resounding no!
In fact, I think it’s heathy–both physically and mentally.
It’s so easy to get stuck in a rut and continue with the same old, same old…
Get out there.
Take that path that’s new and fresh… if you run into a bear … well, I warned ya.
Have a Wonderful Wednesday.

Thanks so much for stopping by and reading my post. I like having you here. Make sure you follow and also sign up for my newsletter.

This is why I love my e-bike. I can take any path now, never worrying about hills or distance, because my little motor will ensure I can make it back.
And yesterday when my g-kids wanted corn dogs and it was too hot to pack everyone in the car to find some, I made corn-dogs from scratch in my air fryer instead. (To clarify, I didn’t make the wieners from scratch) The results were not terrible, and I probably won’t do it again, but it’s always fun to try something new.
I am a creature of habit. I can’t think of the last time I tried something new so reading this post makes me think that I should try to change things up.
Hey Heather I don’t think you need to change things up too much… sometimes it can be as simple as trying a different flavor of coffee or taking a different route to the store. We’re such creatures of habit… but that’s not a bad thing either. Suffice it to say… you always gotta do you!
I have a bear bell you can borrow. When I lived in Sechelt, every person and dog (honestly) always had a bell to jingle when out walking. None of us got eaten.
🤣. For me the bear would probably come running thinking I’m ringing the dinner bell 😳
