I’m currently in Mexico with my hubby and dog.
The weather is warmer than home, but it’s by no means hot.
This morning I took the dog for a long walk on the beach and came across this sign in the sand.
I took this as a reminder to be thankful. Sometimes we get so caught up in the crap of the day that we forget.
I’m thankful for my family, my health, and the ability to travel. Doesn’t sound too exciting but hey, it’s the basics that take us from one day to the next.
Sometimes, it’s just about being aware of the need to be thankful.

Sounds like youāre in a good space, Faye. I too have lots to be thankful for, mainly friends and family. And today, out of the blue, I got two great compliments on my book from two different people. They really liked it.
