Doesn’t it drive you nuts when you think you’re all set and then BOOM something gets all up in your face and sets off a three day spinning of the wheels??

Here’s what happened…
For the last couple of years, I’ve worked hard on building my email list and cultivating relationships only to find out that my list has been forever lost…
What? Lost? How is anything in the cyber-age really lost?
See!! My questions exactly.
Long story-short… My news delivery system (which of course you must use because you can’t just email people willy-nilly. There are **very** strict sp*m laws in place)… they upgraded their entire system from “classic” version to new version.
Yes, I saw the emails saying … You Must Act Now!!
Seriously, I thought the emails were bogus and I ignored them. Wellllll…. turns out they were real and because I didn’t respond, my entire account (along with my email list) was wiped clean. Every email gone. Every newsletter I ever wrote … yup, you guessed it… gone.
I got pissed off and then shook it off cuz seriously, what are you gonna do?
You may ask–well, who cares… whaddya need a newsletter for? Well, it’s my way of connecting with you. That’s why it’s so valuable. It’s a direct connection. It’s not a blog, it’s not social media… it’s connection.
See, you may subscribe to my “blog” but you have to opt-in for the newsletter. That’s really important to know… Even if you push “follow” the newsletter is completely separate.
My book will be coming out soon and I want to include you in the goings on and info that isn’t fully public yet… it’s only for those who subscribe. A blog post is not the same.
Things that happen in a newsletter are much more personal and one-to-one.
So, if you don’t mind, subscribe to my newsletter via the pop up thing on my site. You’ll probably have to ‘confirm’ your email…
OR
Just message me faye [at] fayearcand.com and say “Here’s my email-–sign me up“. That works too and I’ll do the leg work.

You’re all amazing and the support you’ve given me for so long has been phenomenal. Thanks for subscribing to the newsletter. It really does make my day.
