Hi All. Happy July.
I can’t say that I’m sorry June is gone.
For me, it was a bit of a strange month.
Here are a few pix I took over the month.

June was a month of perspective.
Sometimes things didn’t seem to fit. There were challenges I never saw coming, and moments when stepping back was the only way to move forward.
It was also a month of long, winding walks.
A bird that seemed miles away…
until the zoom revealed it watching me—well, like a hawk.
A lone tree on the horizon, suddenly close enough to appreciate.
Shadows.
Screaming sunsets.
And a cat reminding the dog exactly who’s in charge by sleeping wherever he pleased.
The little things.
The quiet things.
The reminders that even when life feels a bit out of focus, a change in perspective can bring everything back into view.
The days were still cherished. The plans are still being made.
Here’s to whatever July has in store.
I hope my fellow Canadians had a wonderful Canada Day. 🇨🇦 And my family and friends south of the 49th 🇺🇸 had a great 4th of July.
July Plans?

My newest novel, CAN YOU SEE ME? is now complete. It’s a YA/Crossover Thriller. ARC readers are lined up, and preorders will be up in the next week or so and release date is September 1, 2026.
I’ve already started my next book which is also a thriller… funny how the brain works, eh?
